The Market Bakery offers a variety of house-made items. Our bakers love what they do and it shows! All our bakery items made with the the best ingredients possible. We offer a wide selection of cakes, pies, tarts, and cookies. Try our popular scones, and rich quiches made daily!  Contact us to order whole quiches, cakes, pies, or special event items. We also offer a variety of Gluten-free and Vegan options daily and for special order.

Our Market Grill offers a variety of seasonal and locally sourced food made to order. All our food is prepared in-house with the freshest possible ingredients. We offer daily  specials and a selection of gluten-free and vegan options. In our cold case we offer fresh salads made daily. Our house-roasted Chicken Salad, Shrimp Salad with Tarragon, 

Roasted Beets with Oranges, Goat Cheese and a Sherry Vinaigrette. Our Scottish Salmon with Honey, Dill, and Whole Mustard is a market favorite! We offer a wide variety of pasta and grain salads, and other dishes with culinary influences from around the world, with many items that are gluten-free and vegan.

The Market offers an eclectic variety of items, from farm fresh produce, Homeland Creamery Milk and Ice Cream, and fresh local eggs.  We have award winning Valley Brook preserves and pickles made in Durham. Fresh made Bread Shop Bread from Pittsboro, and a varied selection of fresh pastas, sauces, condiments, snacks, and other staples, as well as locally made cheeses and charcuterie. Try our great selection of NC crafted microbrews, assorted imported and domestic wine, as well as locally made Kombucha.

In our greenhouse we offer a variety of unique plants. From herbs, succulents, cacti, and more. Many are locally sourced, and make great gifts. Seasonal varieties of vegetable and bedding plants are available.   

 The Market offers full service catering. We'd be happy to talk to you about your special event. We have a variety of menu options that can accommodate your culinary preferences and dietary needs.
